Who Am I
Hi! I am Kellen.
I want to create paper arts to help you WOW! your family, friends and clients. I was born in Chicago, Illinois and migrated to Northern California in 1986. I graduated with a degree in 3-Dimensional Studio Art from CSU, Sacramento. My careers over the past 17+ years really have had little to do with Art and a lot to do with business…that is until August of 2020. That’s when I decided to take my creativity and passion for excellence into the paper art world.

Although I have been crafting beautiful pieces of paper art for many years, it wasn’t until August of 2020 that I decided to share my designs with the world. I am a believer of helping where I can, and have volunteered and served on many non-profit boards, including: The KARE Crisis Nursery, The Grass Valley/Nevada County Chamber of Commerce, AAUW , Big Brothers & Sisters, Soroptimist of Grass Valley, Grass Valley School District Site Counsel, Art Docent for the Grass Valley School District, CCIM Scholarship Committee, and Chairman for the Nevada County Association of Realtors Commercial Connection.
Next, I have a huge love of Pugs-yes, pugs! I have had a total of five now, and my love for the breed has prompted me to create a nonprofit (501C3 is pending), to rescue senior dogs. Daisy was my first rescue to pass, and Daisy’s Senior Paw Connection, Inc., was named in her honor. I mainly rescue senior pugs, and the pug community knows me well.
